Great customer service and they usually have what I need. Prices are usually a little expensive compared to other stores.

I am very pleased with the staff at this store and bring my GSD from baths on a regular basis.

Very disappointing experience. I stopped by around 5:30 p.m. to have my propane tank filled, and the manager on duty, Mike, refused, stating it was because of lightning. At the time, there was no lightning in the immediate area, no rain, and the sky overhead was blue. There was only some distant thunder from storms well north of the store. I fully understand and support legitimate safety policies, but they should be applied based on actual conditions, not used as a reason to avoid serving customers. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident. This is the third or fourth time I’ve encountered employees at this location refusing to provide outdoor services late in the day. It seems to happen around 5:30 p.m. on a regular basis, creating the impression that staff are more interested in shutting down early than helping customers. Manager Mike’s handling of the situation was unprofessional and showed a lack of concern for customer service. After multiple similar experiences, I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location. If you’re expecting reliable service, you may want to consider another store. The irony from all of this is the sister location less than 10 minutes away

4 Sarts only because they do not give Verterans Discount everyday. Staff friendly and helpful. Good selection of hard to find items usually better quality than big box stores.

I've ordered site to store and it was fast and easy to do! I also got some baby chickens from there as well. We love them and they are healthy and happy! We buy all their feed there as well and the prices are pretty fair. I wish the rewards program was better though. As it stand I've yet to get any coupons or discounts and I've spent at least $1000.00 there in the last year.
